Casting Award Winning actresses, Angelica Lee (Lee Sinjie) and Karena Lam (Lam Kar Yan) makes what would've been considered a B-Movie by North American standards, an A-Lister.

KOMA weaves the story of two women connected by the same man during a series of kidney thefts.

To tell you more would be a crime and take away from its head spinning - "What the hell is going on!?" - factor that makes the film such an enjoyable thrill ride.

Consider the film Wild Things with Matt Dillon, Kevin Bacon and Neve Campbell for a similar comparison. Both films are fairly over the top in both content and execution. And yet, because of its characters, the actors and use of story telling devices, it doesn't become shlocky or messy but rather on the edge of your seat interesting from start to finish.

Tartan Video releases the DVD for the US and the UK complete with English subtitled 'Making of' featurette and Director's commentary which are always a treat.
