Yes. Computer DVD Players will play any DVD Format assuming they are not region locked.

Region 1 DVDs - U.S.A., Canada (NTSC)
Region 2 DVDs - Most of Europe, Japan (PAL for Euro/NTSC for Jap)
Region 3 DVDs - Most of Asia (ex Japan) (NTSC mostly)
Region 4 DVDs - Australia/NZ (PAL)
Region 5 .. - China (PAL)
